Welcome! I loved hearing about how you got your instrument. The exact same thing happened to me, also at Tamarack. I come from a very musical family yet I'd never even heard of a bowed psaltery. The minute I stumbled across it, I knew I had to have one. I'm so glad to have met the Westmans that day. I missed the bowed psaltery symphony this year but I'll be there without fail next year. Maybe you can participate, too.
