Tenor Psaltery?

Does anyone have a 30-string tenor Psaltery (preferably with the lowest string as F) for sale. I live in Canada.

I have a few 30 stringed tenors available. I'm also in the final stages of completing a couple this week to increase my Christmas inventory.  Are you looking for a new one or used?  The psalteries I build start on a G ( lowest string ).  Most of the songs played on bowed psalteries start on a G, C, or D and sometimes A.   I think a low F, as the first string would be used very little.  A violin, Tenor banjo, and mandolin usually have the lowest note starting on a "G".

I have a couple of higher end models ( highly figured wood ) or I could provide a standard "player" instrument with  ( lower graded wood) at a lower cost.  Are you interested in just the instrument or do you need the accessories (bow, electronic tuner, rosin, tuning tool) ? 

I have sold three instruments to Canadians so far but the shipping costs and customs duties make it a little more expensive.

Hi. Hope you don't mind me asking but I am trying to find info on building. I have made a two octave bp , g-g, and now would like to make a 2 1/2 or 3 octave one.where can I get info on string spacing.....from the low g and downwards? I can design the rest myself. I have made many guitars and have the tools and skills for this.the instrument would be for my own use...I don't propose to go into buisiness at my age!!!! Thanks for any help . mike

Mike. I used a guitar fret ruler. I used a 25.5" scale. I set my pins in the same positions where a fret would go. Although I don't think is as critical as setting frets it is a good guide just the same... Robert.

YES,I have one, built by Rick LONG in 2013.  I have pictures if you desire them.  I tried to learn to play

this, but honestly I do not have the "gift"of music.  So, this instrument is seldom used.  Attached are SOME PHOTOS.  Low note is G and this instrument is right-handed.
